Who Benefits from Rolfing™

There is no such thing as a typical client. Structural Integration is a holistic therapy that considers the whole body: anatomical structure, nervous system, body awareness, movement, and/or mental-emotional state. Just about anyone can find benefit from Rolfing™ (adults, elderly, children, and athletes) because sessions are tailored to a client's lifestyle, environment, and physical concerns. Depending on timing, Rolfing™ can also help those recovering from injury or surgery, or those with limited range of motion, posture concerns, scoliosis, stress, trouble sleeping, or those suffering from acute or chronic pain.

*** If you are recovering from an surgery or injury please have clearance from your doctor to pursue Rolfing Sessions.

*** While there is minimal risk, it is recommended that pregnant women in their first trimester avoid deep bodywork.
